Your funds are held in your own brokerage account. ETP has no direct access and does not hold them. The account is in your name and remains fully in your ownership throughout the engagement.
ETP has access only for trading — opening and closing positions. It cannot:
  • withdraw funds from the account
  • transfer funds to another account
  • change account ownership or passwords
This is technically enforced by the trading authorization (Power of Attorney) settings directly at the broker.
You withdraw directly with your broker — ETP is not needed. Your funds are accessible at all times. Details on exit conditions are discussed on the consultation call.
At any time. The process is simple:
  • Immediately disconnect the strategy
  • Close open positions
  • Request withdrawal from your broker
Alpha has no lock-up period or contractual penalty for exit.
Your account and funds remain at the broker — completely independent of ETP's existence. In such a scenario, the trading authorization simply ceases and you will have full access to your funds unchanged.
Trading stops immediately. Open positions can be left to close naturally or closed manually — always in communication with you. Your funds remain in your account unchanged.
Account value can fluctuate and declines do occur. At the consultation call, we'll show you historical data from the live account including drawdown history. Every decline is a natural part of trading. The hard stop-loss directly at the broker serves as a safeguard against extreme scenarios.
The strategy connects via trading authorization (Power of Attorney / API trading access). After connection, the system automatically executes trades according to defined rules. You can at any time:
  • disconnect the strategy
  • stop trading
  • monitor every transaction in real time
Entry conditions are individual and depend on your situation. Specific details are discussed on the consultation call.
You pay only from net profit. It works with a permanent high-water mark — if the portfolio previously declined, it must first return to the previous peak before we calculate the fee. No management fee or entry fees. Details covered on the consultation call.
